Student intake system
Student intake advertised on student portal once in a year. Candidates apply for the admission with uploading required document. Once applications are collected pre enrollment exam is conducted to make the merit list according to institute policy after that, students are informed to submit fees for admission which collect by both way directly and indirectly (financial institutes).
Student Learning System
Student learning system facilitate to student to enroll in semester courses and further course outlines also provided through student learning system. Time table, Exam, Mid Term and final term, quiz and assignments and evaluation of the documents (lectures, quiz, assessment, mid and final term exam, attendance).
Faculty management system
Faculty management system facilitates the teachers to upload the lectures and contents, schedules and mark sheets. AI supported tools are also providing to teachers for lecture preparation and batter preparation. Communication with students are also performed via this system.
Revenue collection/Finance system
Students fesses, installments, penalties & fines, scholarships are handled systematically. Students can view their paid and pending dues at any time via portal access or also students are enabled pay fees through banks
Communication/collaboration system
Communication is performed via emails, SMS and WhatsApp with students and parents at individual level, group level. Instructions are also passed via communication system. We can contact parents visually regarding the progress of student.
Virtual classroom
The Virtual Classroom is a digital learning environment that replicates the functions of a physical classroom using technology. It allows teachers and students to interact in real-time (synchronously) or at their convenience (asynchronously), using online tools ( Google Classroom, Zoom + LMS (Learning Management Systems), Microsoft Teams for Education, Moodle).
