Doctor prescription and ordering system
DPOS is a core module which automates the patient diagnostics, treatment, orders regarding pharmacy, radiology, pathology and ADTs. This workflow is supported by an AI agent which is called clinical agent to facilitate the doctors to make patient documentation in an easy way and save time and more doctor’s attention to the patient. ICD is also facilitating doctors for coding patient disease complementary this module is also facilitating doctors to book the patient appointment.
Indoor Patient Management system (admission/discharge)
IPD automate the process of patient admission, beds allocation and day to day treatment tracking like nurse medicine consumption and record doctors’ visits this module likened up with medicine, pathology, radiology and consumables at the end of it accumulate the total bill for discharging of patient and discharge summary which is also available on patient web portal as per need. It is also capable of sharing information with other entities as per standards.
Laboratory/Radiology Management system (diagnostic Center)
Laboratory system workflow automates from ordering to sample collection and the results it is also deliver trend analysis of the patient on reports including previous relevant results CPT codes are also incorporated for further documentation this system is backbone to predict the diseases on reading values. Barcodes are also part of this module for batter and error less handling of samples. Radiology workflow automates the patient diagnostic tests and integrated with modalities like X-Ray, MRI, CT Scans, Ultrasound and fluoroscopy. Ultimately the patient work-list upload on machines and images are also archived on PACS server for reporting and anomaly detection via AI techniques. Film CDs are also provided to patients for self-carry.
Emergency Management with minor theater
ED is automated with the workflow of a patient admitted in this department doctors and nurses perform treatment as per needs and it can be discharged or transferred to IPD if needed as per doctors advice. Patient monitor recording is also taken up in ED module for further analysis and treatment at the end discharge summary along with prescription catered by this ED module.
OT and sister concerns CSSD , Pre/Post OP
This module caters to multiple OT centers including pre-op , OT , post-op. The anesthesia machine is also integrated with software . The consumable store is also integrated with this module. CSSD integrated with OT to facilitate or record the supplied medical kits for operations. It also facilitates the surgeons to record important issues or documents during the operations. AI assistants are also provided for better operations.
Pharmacy management system (store/manufacturing)
Pharmacy management system enables building the stock of medicines and transfers to the sub stores where needed and also enables sales at sale point according to lots and expires. It also provides the feature to return the medicine from patients to pharmacy stores. PMS Also linked with doctors in door out door orders fulfillment and record advises of pharmacists and doctors regarding medicine dispensing.
Patient Billing system (insurance, corporate/individual)
The patient billing system incorporates the bills of self and panel patients according to charge master defined in the system and linked with the client/insurance companies, corporate and welfare. It is also integrated with External systems to ensure the patient accreditation by agencies.
Hospital Management like infection control, Patient feedback
The infection control module is also integrated with a system for tracking and recording activities against infections. The patient feedback system enables the patient to provide their feedback regarding services provided by the hospital. Chabot is also in-placed in hospital for patient information guidance and any other suggestions about services.
